Team Colgan, Client Service Manager
Let me set the scene, I’m 4 years old sitting on the hammock with my Grandfather who I lovingly referred to as Poppy. We are under a nice tree on the family farm and he is teaching me about Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs… I know sounds made up, but it wasn’t. I referred to these lessons as strategizing sessions and they happened regularly growing up. My grandfather was enamored with self-development, learning, and absorbing everything he could to become a better leader.
One of the most important lessons he ever taught me was about “knowing your product”. He didn’t mean this as literally as you would think. What he really meant by this, was knowing who I was as a person and what my strengths and weaknesses were.
I’m in the role that I am today because I know what I’m best at, and more importantly what I love to do. Supporting our clients, acting as their liaison, building relationships, and listening/providing support through many of life’s changes is what drives me. My goal is to make your interactions with our office the best they can be. I strive to always be the smiling voice on the other end of the phone.
