J. Robert “Bob” Bleier

Bob is the former managing partner at Bonadio Financial Services, LLC, and is a founding partner at Montage Wealth Management. He works as a trusted advisor to individuals, as well as small- and middle-market companies in the areas of compensation, benefits planning, estate planning, financial planning, and wealth management services. He carries licenses for securities, life and disability income insurance, P&C insurance, employee benefits, group insurance, and business insurance, and is a registered representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®.
Prior to his 28 years in the financial services industry, Bob played professional football with the NFL New England Patriots. In 1991, he was named “The All Time Greatest Quarterback” at the University of Richmond. He has been inducted into three athletic Halls of Fame: Aquinas Institute, NYS Section V, and the University of Richmond. He is a frequent keynote speaker with a number of speaking engagements stressing his lifelong message, “If the opportunity comes, take it; if it doesn’t come, make it”.
Bob has a BA in economics from the University of Richmond. He serves on many different community boards and is the president and chairman of the board for Camp Good Days & Special Times, Inc. Bob received a prestigious Community Inspiration Award recently for his charitable support and philanthropy. Bob is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table’s* “Court of the Table” and has received numerous awards and recognition from both the life insurance and securities industries.
Bob lives in Victor, New York, with his wife, Diane, and his four sons: Cash, Luke, Clay, and Jack. He is very involved with his community.
Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is an independent membership organization of life insurance and financial service professionals. Membership levels are based on commissions, premiums, or fees generated within a year from investment and insurance products. Members must apply annually and pay a fee.
